If you are really close to the observed object, you may be able to feel it, to touch it, but you can’t clearly see it, defined and focused as a whole. In the moment you take few steps away lines start to be clearer, more few steps and you may see the whole image but, if you take too many steps away the image may become blurry and your imagination may rebuild some details, you keep on stepping away until you are so far that you can’t see the fenomena anymore.
