T\u00e4m\u00e4 edellytt\u00e4\u00e4 uudenlaisia tapoja tunnistaa voimavaroja, havaita resursseja ja n\u00e4hd\u00e4 arvoa siell\u00e4, miss\u00e4 sit\u00e4 ei ole totuttu n\u00e4kem\u00e4\u00e4n. Kuinka erilaiset materiaalit, paikat, rakennukset, tai jopa j\u00e4te voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 resurssina? Mit\u00e4 kaikkea voimme k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 raaka-aineena ja kuinka voisimme rakentaa uusia mielikuvia ja muuttaa asennettamme resurssien jakamiseen kest\u00e4v\u00e4mm\u00e4n ja resurssiviisaamman tulevaisuuden aikaansaamiseksi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puheenvuoroista, \u00e4\u00e4nitaide-esityksest\u00e4 ja paneelikeskustelusta koostuva poikkialainen ohjelma l\u00e4hetet\u00e4\u00e4n ainutlaatuisesta kulttuuriperint\u00f6kohteesta, josta aiemmin l\u00e4hetettiin radio-ohjelmia ymp\u00e4ri maailmaa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyky\u00e4\u00e4n funktionalistinen rakennus ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ineen etsii uudenlaisia k\u00e4yt\u00f6n ja hoivan muotoja sek\u00e4 toimii edelleen t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 paikallisena kulttuurin ja taiteen tilana. But what do we mean by a resource and what kind of capabilities do materials, places, buildings or even waste hold? How could we build new imaginaries and change our attitude towards sharing of resources to build a more sustainable and resource efficient future?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interdisciplinary event that consists of talks, a sound art performance and a panel discussion takes place at a unique cultural heritage site, formerly used to broadcast programming around the globe. Today the modernist building and its surroundings are seeking new models of use and care, while continuing to operate as a vital local cultural venue and art space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Packing together viewpoints in art and scholarship, RE\/SOURCE charts a potential era of New Local, with strategies and resources tied to our existing material and societal realities \u2013 and the new forms of agencies found therein.
